Elliott, Edward Arnold  27  (1835 - 1891?)  Born in VA;  The son of Martin and Patience Elliott, they lived in Sciota Co, OH in 1850;  Mustered in as Sgt(?) on 29 Jul 62 in Co K;  Would be promoted to 1 Sgt of Co K on 1 Nov 63 and then as 2 Lt of Co K on 10 Dec 63;  Would be promoted to 1 Lt of Co K on 11 Aug 64; Would be promoted to Capt of Co B on 30 May 65;  Mustered out with the company on 13 Jun 65; After the War, he married Martha McVey in 1866 in Fayette Co, OH and moved with her to Missouri, where he spent the rest of his life;  In 1870, his occuation is listed as Merchant (Retired) and in 1880, he is listed as a Carpenter;  He died and was buried in Jasper Co, MO in 1891 (according to his tombstone--family records say 1892)
